COMMENTS: Greg, I will mail a formal thank you, but I just wanted you and your band to know how much we appreciate everything you have done for us. Your band has always gone out of your way to support our scholarship program. I cannot even begin to tell you how much it means to us and how much we appreciate you. Thank you for allowing us to use your sound system this year. Thank you for your time you and the others gave on Friday afternoon setting it up. You guys are the best. I am very grateful to you and thankful for you. May God bless each of you.
Thank you again.

Everything that could go wrong did! The track set up in the wrong location, they only would allow us to play a Saturday night concert,(no Friday night) and we had to cancel Sunday morning church service because of our location. But we had an awesome team put together. Steve Bean from Raceway Ministries did a great job of getting us a site to set up and bring in volunteeres to help man the registration tables.Jim is the Chaplain to many NEXTEL CUP teams. The band was a group from Charlotte, NC called REACH They played an awesome array of OLDIES music, from the late 60's thru 90's. About 1,000 people came and had a good time of wholesome family fun. While the concert was going on the volunteers led 22 people to have Faith in our LORD and took many prayer requests. Even though none of us had worked together before, it was like we were all one big family. We all can't wait to do it again in the fall at Atlanta.
Letter Of Thanks (2005)
May 31, 2005 Dear Derek, and the members of REACH. Whoever says Christians don’t have fun obviously weren’t listening to your band. REACH is a delight to listen and dance too. The Christian lyrics to popular Beach and Oldies tunes were enjoyed by all ages. My guests at the rehearsal dinner were very inquisitive as to where I found such a great Christian Band. They were deeply impressed that the band would stop to pray a blessing on the wedding couple and their special day. Thank you for sharing your talent and letting the Light of Christ shine on our special occasion. May God grant you the desires of your hearts as you serve Him. Pam Liner

Greg, you guys are awesome and I know that God has brought us together for more ministry. "I know the plans I have for you; for good and not evil, for a hope and a future" tells me that God has wonderful things for us. The ministry under which I claim covering is Master's Men Team and the site is mastersmenteam.com . Under that umbrella I perform the chaplaincy work at DEI and also raise funds for fans events. The primary purpose was originally to establish mens' Bible study groups throughout the US. As a natural progression, we began race shop studies and from the discipling of these men, we use the fan events as their platform for sharing their testimonies. It just seems to be a natural fit. God does not work in chaos. We had 35 decisions at the event, served 250 breakfasts Sunday morning, made 2 cocaine drug busts and had a lot of fun! (the last 2 may not be all that 'spiritual') We also trained 11 volunteers on how to share their faith one-on-one. There were many prayer requests which were written and prayed over right on the spot. God was honored. And you guys made it all possible. Be blessed
